Erica Nikolaisen advises for Australia, New Zealand, Africa, Germany, Austria, and the Middle East
As an undergraduate student at New Mexico State University, Erica studied for a semester abroad in northern England. After graduating with a B.A. in Government and History she remained at New Mexico State University to earn a Master’s degree in Public Administration. During graduate school, Erica completed an internship in Oslo, Norway. Prior to becoming an Education Abroad Adviser at Penn State, she has worked in international education at both New Mexico State University and Texas Tech University. Erica is originally from New Mexico and enjoys traveling, living in new places, and helping students as they plan their own international experiences.

The schedule for upcoming in-person Study Abroad 101 presentations on the University Park campus is below. Students at all Penn State campuses can access a recorded Study Abroad 101 Webinar. It is highly recommended that you attend a Study Abroad 101 before scheduling an appointment.
